• Job applications: your name, contact details, CV, work history, qualifications, right-to-work status and anything else you include.
• Technical data: basic data your browser sends when you visit the site, handled by our hosting provider.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a care assessment (our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract).
• To assess and process job applications and carry out pre-employment checks (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
• To keep the website secure and working.

Sensitive information

Please do not put detailed health information in website forms. If we later need health information to provide care, we will collect it directly, explain why, and protect it in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host the site and to deliver email. Form submissions are not stored on our website or by our host: they are sent straight to our team by email, and a confirmation email is sent to you. We do not sell your data. We share information with others only where the law requires it, or with your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after a limited period unless you ask us to keep your CV on file. Please ask us if you would like details.
